I have a GSD who isn't always her best self at the vet. She goes every 6 to 8 weeks for allergy shots so it is hard to create a positive association. My GSD has been going here since she was a puppy, and the staff are wonderful. At our last visit I learned that they actually put a note on my girl's file that she "does best receiving her treatments in the chair with mom holding her head." That made me happy to know that they wrote a note to ensure the visit doesn't create more stress for my dog.
Dr Spock and the team at East Greenbush Animal Hospital are absolutely fantastic!! Very caring, always willing to see my pet if there’s a problem or take my call when I have concerns. I can’t praise them enough. Dr Spock has seen 2 of my dogs through cancer, 2 of them for bilateral hind leg ACL tears, dental surgeries, emergent visits, etc. He knows their histories as he’s seen them all since they were 8 weeks old, and is always upfront and honest even when it’s a difficult situation.
HUGE. Thank you to Katie in grooming ! I called her and explained how my 15 year old cat has matted fur that she wouldn’t let me get. She was so kind and nice . Eased my worries and got her in sooner than I expected. She did such an amazing job . I’m able to pet my baby again and feel her soft fur knowing she’s not uncomfortable . I can’t thank her enough for giving US that. Thank you 💜
