The staff at the East Greenbush Animal Hospital are proud to offer quality and compassionate veterinary health care to the people and pets of the Capital District. We are a full service animal hospital that offers preventative veterinary care, orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, dentistry with dental radiography, internal medicine, digital x-ray and ultrasound. We also offer boarding, grooming, obedience training and daycare. Visiting specialists are available for cases that may need additional expertise. The open floor plan of our 7200 square foot, state of the art facility is designed to maximize comfort and minimize stress for both our patients and their owners.
Training with Sara
Sara is the head of our training program at East Greenbush Animal Hospital. She has a passion for teaching others how to create relationships with their dogs built on trust, mutual understanding, and fun!

Our daycare facility operates under the same standard of care that you have come to expect at the East Greenbush Animal Hospital.
I have a GSD who isn't always her best self at the vet. She goes every 6 to 8 weeks for allergy shots so it is hard to create a positive association. My GSD has been going here since she was a puppy, and the staff are wonderful. At our last visit I learned that they actually put a note on my girl's file that she "does best receiving her treatments in the chair with mom holding her head." That made me happy to know that they wrote a note to ensure the visit doesn't create more stress for my dog.
